ITVibes held a customer appreciation day Thursday, March 7, at the Coffeeshop Company in The Woodlands to express gratitude towards past, present, and ongoing loyal clients.
The lunch gathering of over 20 people mingled while sipping sparkling lemonades in different flavors and hors d’oeuvres like mini key lime pie bites and pizza flatbread slices. Guests enjoyed meeting new business owners in the community as well as seeing some familiar faces.
Ahmed, Owner of Coffeeshop Company The Woodlands, told the group how he discovered the European-inspired shop and why he decided to start the very first location in the United States.
Afterward, Sean Minor, General Manager of Coffeeshop Company The Woodlands, gave a sneak peak into some new upcoming food items the shop will be carrying as well as adding imported beers and wines to their menu.
Siva Yenneti, Director of Sales and Marketing for ITVibes, presented a short overview of the importance of effective web design, brand management, SEO practices and social media management. Guests were given an informational booklet as a source for digital marketing trends and data.
Everyone went home with a goodie bag put together by the Coffeeshop Company’s public relations representative, Ann Wolford, which included a coffee voucher for future visits. The afternoon luncheon ended with a drawing for a giveaway when signing up for the Coffeeshop Company’s rewards program.
