This year, we celebrate a major milestone in our business journey. We are the proud new owners of 25307 I-45 N, a one-story office building in the exciting neighborhood of The Woodlands. In order to accommodate our fast growth and to provide clients with a more convenient location that we decided to acquire the new office.
The 12,000 square-foot facility will also be leased to other local businesses to support and provide commercial office space services. Right now, the building is leased to Bandier Realty Partners, Chick-Fil-A Training Center, Town and Country Surveyors and The Ferguson Law Firm.
We want to recognize the wonderful business partner, Open Logix Corporation for joining forces with us in this process. We thank Smart Financial Bank, for providing the financial support to bring us to this successful outcome.
We also want to congratulate and thank Lewis Walker from The Texas Team Realty, who helped us locate the site, understand the logistics, and close the deal. We thank the building’s previous owner, Bandier Realty Partners for making this a smooth transaction who still operates in our new facility.. They will be a valuable and collaborative neighbor.
We are confident the new office located right off the I-45 highway creates an easy access to our customers who visit us for their The Woodlands Web Design and Marketing needs. We also will be planning an open house soon and welcome all of our friends, business partners and customers to visit us in the new office.
