ITVibes, Inc., Houston Web Design and Marketing Company, is proud to announce their Solutions Manager, Rachel Behrens, has been elected as a Board Director of the Spring-Klein Chamber of Commerce.  ITVibes offers Website Design, Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization services to help local businesses generate more leads, increase brand exposure and boost customer conversions to fuel their growth. Rachel has been helping ITVibes promote their services to the local community based small businesses through networking and relationship building.
Rachel became a member of the Chamber in October of 2013 and immediately joined the Ambassador Team.  Rachel’s involvement and successes on the Ambassador Team lead her to be named Ambassador of the Month just one month later in November.  One of the Chamber’s Board Directors, Crystal Cardenas stated, “Rachel Behrens has been a leader in membership sales for our Ambassador Team, eager to jump in on new projects and has brought valuable ideas to the group. I am looking forward to sitting on the board with such a hardworking and enthusiastic spirit, she is sure to bring greatness with her role on this working board”.
Rachel has worked and volunteered in the Spring community for the past 14 years. Rachel has also worked in marketing and sales for small businesses in the area where she was able to increase sales up to 180 percent.  Rachel is the proud mother of five children. She is originally from Valdez, Alaska and has also lived in Turkey, Florida, Louisiana, and Georgia but has made Spring, Texas her permanent home. Her involvement in the community over the past 14 years is what led her to the Chamber of Commerce.Spring-Klein Chamber
The mission of the Spring-Klein Chamber of Commerce is to be the primary resource and support of area economic development and quality of life. When asked what this meant to her, Rachel stated, “The economic development is important in sustaining quality of life. Through the chamber we are able to bring businesses together and work with each other to reach out to the community in which we live and work in; by doing so we are able to make it a place that grows the quality of life.  Being a part of such an important part of our community and being able to assist in the mission of the chamber is a true blessing to me.”
Rachel worked closely with Dan Roberts, another Board Director, in planning two blitz events in Old Town Spring in fall of 2013 introducing the chamber to small businesses, which help to increase the chambers memberships.  Dan Roberts stated, “Rachel’s excitement and energy will help us move forward as a chamber.”  And, Rachel is working on that now! Moving the chamber forward. Their next blitz is being planned by Rachel and other members of the Ambassador Team, which will be held in Vintage Park in February.
As an employee of ITVibes, Inc., Rachel has demonstrated professional attitude and relationship management skills that enables the Chamber and small businesses to work and grow together, which in turn, also fulfills our company’s mission statement. We wish her all the best in her new role with the Spring-Klein Chamber and we look forward to a growing relationship with the Spring community.
